Forgot your password?
Choose a new one with the two things you keep apart from it: the code your authenticator app shows for Cuvatrix, and one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up two-step sign-in.
No phone, or no recovery code left?
Ask the owner for a temporary password: Settings, People, Change. If you are the owner, one command on the office PC sets a new password; the guide has it under "If nobody can sign in".
